  Founded by Mikao Usui, Reiki Rei-means Universal  Ki-means life energy or life force energy. It is healing energy that flows through the practitioner to the client to help allow the body to heal acute and chronic pain, balancing chakras and channeling "chi" for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual relief. Initial effects can be felt as  soon as a few hours to the next day. As a certified Reiki Master Teacher, the highest level of Reiki certification, I am able to perform this hands-on or at a distance without touch, scanning the body both intuitively and psychically to know what is needed.   I can only speak for myself as a practitioner of both Eastern and Western Medicine that, if you have seen a doctor and are dismissed, I may be able to see things they cannot.
