Spiritual Assessment and wellness coaching

    Do you wonder if you are on the right path? Do you feel that something in your life is just off, but you really can’t explain what or why? A Spiritual Assessment and  Wellness Coaching may be exactly what you need. So how does it work? We will spend a few minutes talking about what it is you hope to get out of this experience. Just enough time for me to feel into where you are Spiritually,  Physically, & Emotionally in this 3 Dimensional world we all  call  Earth and are expected to excel in.     

   Are you truly happy? My guess is either No, or you're still looking for something in some part of your life.                                             I use my psychic expertise to advise you on your souls journey.  Some Mediumship may be involved BUT it  would be messages of  clair- cognizance, clairaudience, or clairvoyance from " Your Guides "    NOT    " Evidential Mediumship ".           

Example being, me speaking to your Grandma who passed away who may or may  not have walked to church every day.  Who may have or not had a deep faith and watched you over the summer break.  That is  true Undeniable Evidence.   Although your Grandma may be one of your Guides,  in general when your Guides come through to me they let me know things that you are trying to hide or burry deep  down  within  yourself .  Intentional or more likely Unintentional because you yourself have Not accepted these  feelings, situations, or  just go on day after day  hoping something will change.   They may let me know what it is that you are here to do.  Perhaps you tell me about a hobby you enjoy.  I  then  may get an image of  that hobby looking like an actual business.  As  I get more information I get this physical feeling  that I get when I understand exactly what Spirit is saying .                                                                                   

You have to make the change ! No matter how small or large it may be.  It all starts with one single thought.  Your  Guides may    pull me to use certain decks for confirmation or more information on a subject if you are to know about it ahead of time.  Like I explained above.  Remember, we aren't supposed to know everything before it happens. Or we would constantly be consumed by waiting for that one event to happen. We would STOP LIVING in the here and  now.   If ONE thing changes before an Event is to occur,  it may NOT occur. 

Is your spirit truly happy? How is what you are doing in life affecting you and your souls  journey? Have you been covering up past trauma’s and not truly dealing with them?  Have you ever heard of  Shadow Work ?  It's where we look at the deepest darkest honest truth of ourselves.  It's  not a blame game.  It's how you move on.   Have you ever written in a journal ? 

Once we know where you and your spirit currently are, we can  talk about where you would like to be.  Then that is where your journey truly begins.  Sometimes it’s easier to do nothing than to make that change that will bring true happiness, and sometimes the work can be hard and messy. Are you worth it?  Are you ready to work on yourself to make yourself whole again. To remember you ARE a SPIRIT having a human experience.  The best way for you to heal from past experiences that are impeding your soul's growth is  to bring them back to the surface and  work through why ?  Why does it make you feel that way ?  Sometimes you may be surprised that something you have been holding onto for so long,  should  have  and worst of all you could have released it a long time ago.  We hold on to so many things that aren't even ours to hold. 

 I will put my entire heart, being, and expertise into whatever it is that you need to move on in your life and future development.  However expect to do the work.  No one said life was easy. We all came to this Earth school because it is hard! No worries, I am here with you every step of the way. Sometimes it's easier to do nothing at all than it is to put one foot in front of the other.  Where would that get you? Always remember as long as you can  find the strength and courage to move  no matter how slowly,
